ABSTRAK

Depresi menjadi permasalahan dunia yang sangat serius dengan jumlah kasus yang meningkat setiap tahun nya. Dalam menurunkan tingkat depresi pada narapidana, maka langkah yang harus di terapkan oleh narapidana adalah terapi hipnotis lima jari. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat depresi pada narapidana seperti konflik batin, trauma, menutup diri, cemas, yang dapat menyebabkan terjadi nya bunh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh terapi hipnotis lima jari terhadap tingkat depresi pada narapidana di lapas kelas IIA Padang tahun 2022.
Jenis penelitian (quasi-experimental) one-group pretest dan posttest yang dilakukan dari tanggal 05-18 juli 2022 selama 14 hari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah narapidana yang mengalami depresi di lapas kelas IIa padang berjumlah 102 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simpel random samping berjumlah 30 orang. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisoner. Data di analisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan mengunakan uji Wlcoxon.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan latihan hipnotis lima jari rerata tingkat depresi 15,87%, setelah diberikan latihan hipnotis lima jari rata-rata tingkat depesi pada narapidana 9,20% dengan selisih 6,67%. Hasil uji Wlcoxon didapatkan nilai p-value 0,0001, ada pengaruh terhadap tingkat depresi pada narapidana di Lapas Kelas IIA Padang.
Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh terapi hipnotis lima jari terhadap tingkat depresi pada narapidana Di Lapas Kelas IIA Pasang Tahun 2022. Di harapkan kepada petugas kesehatan lapas kusus nya pada pelayan poli klinik lapas untuk melaksanakan terapi hipnotis lima jari slama 5-10 menit yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan tingkat depresi dan mebuat rileks pada narapdana yang mengalami tingkat depresi.

ABSTRACT

Depression is a serious global problem with the number of cases increasing every year. In reducing the level of depression in prisoners, the steps that prisoners must apply are five-finger hypnosis therapy. Many factors affect the level of depression in prisoners such as inner conflict, trauma, self-closure, and anxiety that can lead to suicide. This study aims to determine the effect of five-finger hypnosis therapy on the level of depression in prisoners in the Class IIA Padang Prison in 2022.
The type of research (quasi-experimental) is one group pretest and posttest which will be held on 5-18 July 2022 for 14 days. The population in this study was 102 people who experienced depression in class IIa Padang prison, with a simple random side sampling technique of 30 people. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariate using the Wilcoxon test.
The results of this study indicate that before being given five-finger hypnosis the average depression rate was 15.87%, after being given five-finger hypnosis the average depression rate in prisoners was 9.20% with a difference of 6.67%. The results of the Wlcoxon test obtained a p-value of 0.0001, there is an influence on the level of depression in prisoners in the Class IIA Padang Prison.
It can be concluded that there is an effect of five-finger hypnosis therapy on the level of depression in inmates at Pasang Lapas Klas IIA in 2022. It is expected that prison health workers, especially correctional polyclinic officers can perform five-finger hypnosis therapy. for 5-10 minutes to reduce the hypnosis. depression and relaxation in inmates who experience depression levels.
